How Did Acupuncture Come About?
It is interesting to note that acupuncture was introduced from China to Japan and Korea since the pre-historic age. It was widely used in these cultures. However, it was only in the 17th century that it was brought to Europe. For the U.S., due to President Nixon’s diplomatic visit to China in 1970, it was thus introduced to the United States.

Acupuncture, Needles and What Else?
Since the meridian points are minute, large needles cannot be used. Or else, it will not be precise, and it may hurt our body. Hence, very fine needles are used.
